I’ve wanted to send a huge thank-you to the newspaper for allowing the obituaries to be free. At such a difficult time, it was nice and reassuring to not have to pay an extra fee to let people know of our loss.

Community gardeners set three meetings
RANGELY I The community gardening group is moving forward with more meetings during the month of March. So far, there are 10 gardeners in the group and five acres of land have been donated close to town with water.

December reports down 28.6 percent
RBC | During December 2009, the Rio Blanco County Communications Center logged 588 incidents, down from December 2008 totals of 823, which is a 28.6 percent decrease in activity.
