Edwards: Third straight Rangely title
RANGELY I For the third year in a row and a fourth time overall, Clark Edwards has won the Men’s Club Championship at Cedar Ridges Golf Course in Rangely. Thirty-five golfers competed in three flights, with a gross and net champion in each flight.
J.C. Watt wins Meeker Men’s Club golf title for third straight year
MEEKER I “The camaraderie is what made it,” Meeker Men’s Club President Larin Crase said about the reason so many enjoyed men’s club in Meeker this summer. “Everyone showed up and we had a shotgun start each Wednesday, instead of everyone playing at different times during the day,” he said.

More than 20 compete in triathlon
MEEKER I More than 20 kids completed the annual Road Rash ‘n Splash Kids’ Triathlon, sponsored by the ERBM Recreation and Park District. Boys and girls were divided into four age divisions, then swam, biked and ran different distances, depending on their age.
