ERBM Recreation & Park District hosted a league softball tournament Saturday. Seven teams played in the 8-10 year old group at 6th Street Field and three teams competed in the 11-13 age group at Paintbrush Park. Meeker’s 11-13 year old team won the championship trophy with a score of 30-9 versus Craig in the finals, while Meeker’s 8-10 year old team battled their way through the bracket to take second against the visiting Rifle 2 team.
