Rio Blanco County taxpayers will soon be receiving their 2010 tax notices from the Rio Blanco County Treasurer. Property values in the county will remain approximately the same as last year unless you had new construction, demolished property, etc. However, property owners may see an increase in taxes due to mill levy changes.
