Dear Editor: This is an open letter to Colorado Northwestern Community College and the Rangely community. I want to say thank you for your support with our fourth annual blood drive. It was a great success, and I wanted to share the numbers with all of you.

John Hickenlooper on Friday signed into law legislation providing the immediate distribution of more than $4.2 million to local governments from the Local Government Permanent Fund (LGPF).
