Obituary: Steven Mark Duncan

Steven Mark Duncan was born Jan. 14, 1962, in Hayden, Colo., to Catherine Taylor Duncan and Harry J. Duncan. He died March 27, 2013, while working bulls on the family ranch near Dixon, Wyo.

On Sunday, April 7, Gavyn Garr caught a 23-inch rainbow trout while fishing the White River in Meeker. Garr was fishing with his brother, Brayden, and his grandfather, Tony Smith.

Youth wrestlers place at tourney

MEEKER I The Meeker Pee Wee wrestlers had an outstanding weekend at the Moffat County Youth Wrestling Tournament in Craig. Twenty-six little grapplers took to the mat with their black and gold singlets, competing in several round-robin brackets.
