Home of: Jim and Nancy Harris

MEEKER | Longtime Meeker residents Jim and Nancy Harris are this week’s “home of” honorees. Jim and Nancy came to Meeker 34 years ago. They celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary Feb. 3.

Fond farewell…

A farewell reception for outgoing Meeker town manager Sharon Day was held last Friday and attended by family, friends, present and past staff, including current mayor Mandi Etheridge and former Meeker mayor Steve Loshbaugh.

Rangely youth wrestling

RANGELY I The Rangely Panther Youth Wrestling team was in Rifle this past weekend. With 28 Rangely wrestlers competing in the tournament, 17 placed in the top four and 10 competed in the championship.
