MEEKER I “It was a good week for Hardy,” Meeker wrestling coach J.C. Watt said of senior Justin Hardy who won the 170-pound bracket last Saturday in Kremmling. Hayden won the team title, which featured 13 teams.

FAA honors Coulter’s service

MEEKER I Former Meeker Airport manager Gary Coulter was surprised when Rick Stednitz of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Safety Team showed up in Meeker to honor the retired pilot and aviation mechanic with the Charles Taylor Master Mechanic award.
