Franklin Kenneth (Bus) Norell, 87, of Delta, Colo., passed away Dec. 31, 2011, surrounded by his family. He was the youngest of three children, born Nov. 22, 1924, to George Dewey and Pearl Blanche Norell in Walden, Colo.
