On Sept. 23, 2011, Allan Lance Rogers peacefully passed away in the company of his family at the age of 64. Lance became an inspiration to those around him after being paralyzed in a 1979 trucking accident.

RBC I The first organizational meeting for the Rio Blanco County OHV (Off-Highway Vehicle) tourism project was held last week. The assembled group came up with a name for the proposed trail system — Wagon Wheel Trail — and a mission statement.
