State fair fine arts deadline July 30

RBC I Artists throughout Colorado are busy preparing their finest work for the 2011 Colorado State Fair Fine Arts Exhibition. Most mediums are accepted and two divisions for artwork submission are being offered: emerging artist/student and professional.
“Every year the Fine Arts Exhibition at the Colorado State Fair provides the talented artists throughout the state an opportunity to display their artwork to half a million viewers,” said general manager Chris Wiseman. “We are proud to provide that opportunity for them.”
Artists may enter between now and July 30 through the fair’s general entry office, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or call (719) 404-2080.
