RBC | The Colorado River District and the Rio Blanco Water Conservancy District are co-sponsoring a Rangely State of the River meeting to be held in conjunction with the monthly Community Networking meeting from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, at the Colorado Northwest Community College campus. Speakers will address water supply conditions on the White River, project planning and the big-picture challenges with low water levels at Lake Powell and what that means locally—and more.
