COSI provides double the impact for scholarship donors

RANGELY | Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) recently received a matching grant from the Colorado Department of  Education’s Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI) on behalf of Moffatt and Rio Blanco Counties.
