Band will perform on courthouse lawn
MEEKER I The second in a series of free summer concerts sponsored by ERBM Recreation and Park District will be Friday from 6 p.m. until dark on the courthouse lawn, 550 Main St. The band Hunker Down will perform.

MEEKER I The ERBM Recreation and Park District is sponsoring a free Family Ice Fishing Derby at Lake Avery on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Those wishing to ride the bus to the lake should be at the Meeker Recreation Center by 8:30 a.m.

Punt, Pass and Kick slated for Monday
MEEKER I Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation and Park District will host an NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick competition on Monday at the Meeker High School football field. There is no school for Meeker students on that day.
Final summer concert is Saturday night

Touring British coaches offer soccer camp through Friday
