Districts continue to cut funding
RBC I School districts face another year of drastic cuts as the negative factor increases from -12.94 percent in 2011-12 to -16.1 percent for 2012-13. Options to keep cuts away from the classroom are unrealistic.

RANGELY I Rangely School District has deemed October “principal appreciation month” and would like to honor Parkview Elementary Principal Bennie Bennett and Rangely Jr./Sr. High School Principal Berry Swenson.
Student academic improvement continues
RANGELY I “I was pleased to learn that 100 percent of Rangely schools made Adequate Yearly Progress this year, with the ratcheting up of federal standards, which only allowed for 46 percent of schools to succeed statewide.” said Rangely School District Superintendent Todd Cordrey.
