Wanted felon arrested at Meeker apartment

MEEKER I On Monday the Meeker Police Department announced that on Jan. 21 Meeker police officer Gardner Mendenhall developed information that led to locating Matthew Finley, 28, who was wanted out of Mesa County on a nationwide no-bond warrant for charges related to dangerous drugs.

Register cell phones for reverse 911

RBC I The Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Meeker and Rangely police departments, will mail a flier this week that encourages all residents to sign up for the cell phone registration and CodeRED (the 911 reverse calling system).
