MEEKER I Charlie Falck, who was a senior University of Iowa wrestler, and Phil Keddy, who will be a senior for the Hawkeyes, will give a two-day clinic July 22 and 23 at Barone Middle School in Meeker.
Iowa won its second straight national team championship in March. Falck was a two-time All-American at 125 pounds, and Keddy, who is from Vernal, Utah, is also a two-time All-American and finished fourth nationally last season at 184 pounds. Wyoming University’s Joe LeBlanc, former Meeker wrestler, finished fifth at 184 pounds as a redshirt freshman.
The cost of the clinic is $20, with proceeds benefiting the Meeker wrestling program. Pre-registration is at the Meeker Recreation Center or at the door.
The first day of the clinic will be 6-8 p.m. July 22 and from 8 a.m. to noon July 23.
