Despite bitterly cold winds, attendance was good at the annual Rangely Elks Lodge No. 1907 Charity Ball Nov. 15.
The turnout, according to Past Exalted Ruler Tink Wilson, was due to the raffle for a Henry Gold 30.06 rifle bought by the lodge as a fundraiser for the ball, which raises funds for the lodge’s Christmas basket charity program and the Elks’ children’s party. Another top auction item was a Henry Gold .45 Colt rifle donated by Brad Knapp of Crossfire. There were also a number of auto-related items in the auction. Pictured above is Exalted Ruler Don Reed.
