RANGELY | On July 7, Rangely New Eden Pregnancy Care Services hosted its annual 5K Color Run. Thirty people signed up for the event this year. The proceeds go to the Rangely New Eden program.
New Eden is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization established to help pregnant women and mothers in a crisis situation or in need. Services include guidance and support from trained advocates, pregnancy testing, post-abortion support, baby and maternity supplies from their boutique and more. All services are free and confidential.
People of all ages came out to run or walk in this year’s lively event. The color stations were dotted throughout the course and participants came back covered in chalk and smiling.
New Eden is located at 219 S. Sunset Dr. in Rangely and is open Mondays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Call 970-675-2300 or email [email protected] for questions or for more information. Donations are accepted.
