On Oct. 23, some of the students at Rangely Junior High School got to participate in a half day of fun at the Western Rio Blanco Recreational Center. Many students swam while others played in the game room or played racket ball. This day was for the students who get good grades, have good behavior and exhibit great attitudes. Several teachers came and joined in the fun with the students. When the students got back from the rec center, they had the choice to play dodge ball, watch “Duck Dynasty” and/or play basketball. A special thank you to the rec center for hosting more than 80 kids. Thanks also to Positive Behavior Incentive System coordinator and teacher Stephanie Kahler and RJHS vice principal Marian Neitenbach for putting all this together, and a special thank you to all of the Rangely Junior/Senior High School staff for putting up with us on a daily basis. Thank you, and keep up the good work!
