MEEKER I Rio Blanco County commissioners will reconvene Dec. 11 at 7 p.m., at the Fairfield Center in Meeker, the public hearing regarding a special use permit for the construction of a 199-foot, self-supported communications tower located near RBC Road 13 (Flag Creek Road).

RBC issues more than $200K in grants

RBC I With interest rates at less than one-half of one percent, $18 million (the principal amount in the County Capital Improvement Trust Fund CCITF) does not generate the kind of revenue it used to bring in.

RBC I County commissioners awarded a $5.6 million bid for construction project at two locations on RBC Road 5 and opened bids for an airport runway project, where the lowest bid was more than $8.7 million.
