OHV project rolls forward
MEEKER I Plans for the off-highway vehicle (OHV) project continue to move forward. Project proponents are looking at approximately 150 miles of trails.
Obituary: Kelton Lee
Kelton Berry Lee, 55, of Vernal, Utah, passed away on Oct. 27, 2011, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born Jan. 17, 1956, in Vernal, Utah, to George Wilson and Mona Rae Hislop Lee.
Meeker Craft Show Nov. 4-5
MEEKER | The Meeker Craft Show will be Friday, Nov. 4 from 4-8 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the fairgrounds exhibit hall.

Letter to the Editor: Fluoride best left out
Dear Editor: I would like to comment on the “unbelievable news story” written about by Harold Tymes. I have nothing but praise for the county commissioners in Florida who removed fluoride from their drinking water.
