Twenty-seven Rangely Hurricanes swam in Craig in the annual ABC Meet and participated in 160 events.
Bears close national monument …
Several recent sightings of black bears near where visitors travel have caused the closure of two campgrounds at Dinosaur National Monument until further notice. The bears present a danger to visitors, and safety precautions are being taken.
4-H Cleanup…
Members of the Rangely 4-H Club and several of their parents cleaned up a mile of Highway 139 on June 17 as part of the Adopt-A-Highway program.
