Loose Ends: Letting the light shine
Walking home the other night, the twinkling lights on display in most every neighborhood lent warmth and light. I was amazed to see even the backyard of one home lit up as well.

Christmas tree dropoffs in Meeker, Rangely
RBC I Meeker residents can drop off Christmas trees at the pullout on Sulphur Creek Road, adjacent to the dirt pile. The town’s public works department will then chip them.
The Bakery’s last batch

Cowboys win three, are Granby champs
MEEKER I The Meeker Cowboys traveled to Granby last weekend to participate in the Mountain Parks Electric High Country Invitational tournament. Meeker won all three games it played in the tournament to claim the champion trophy, beating Love Christian, West Grand and Middle Park.
