MEEKER I A funeral service for Jane M. Mannel of Fort Collins will be today at 7 p.m. at the Allnutt Drake Chapel in Fort Collins. Visitation is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Highland Cemetery.
