In the events of the past week over the hub-(bubba) of our president speaking in schools, I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry. Let’s cut to what I see is the real reason … if he were white would we be having this conversation?

In response to Ms. Hale’s recent opinions and references over the past few weeks (in which the Herald Times has generously allowed her a forum), I would like to offer a suggestion:

The Meeker Town Board is seeking input on the future of the current elementary site. With construction of the new Elementary School well under way, the focus is now shifting to “What will happen to the old building and grounds?”

Well, it is obvious that my letter was misunderstood. It had nothing to do with immigration, illegal or otherwise, but with being bilingual in America.

Josh Halstead had the ability to state what many people think. Good job, Josh, and like most in this town, I am sure he didn’t speak up at the meeting due to embarrassment, and knowing that he would be attacked for speaking up in a mob mind forum.

In response to far left opinions, there is a difference between helping your neighbor, and the government forcing you to hand over part of your hard earned living to someone else. People think that we have a right in America to be happy, this is not the case.

What I would like the Dems to do: 1. No investigation of CIA. 2. No creation of a new dept. H.I.G. (High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group) for interrogation of terrorists, placed under dept. of FBI.
