RANGELY I The Panther boys’ cross country team received some extra notice on co.milesplit.com (the premier news source for Colorado high school runners) this week after finishing in second place at the Rifle Cross Country Invitational.

MEEKER I The Meeker Cowboys cross country team has quietly been moving up the 2A division ranks and is now considered a top 10 team under the strong running of sophomore Jake Boesch and junior Lathrop Hughes.
Scoggins takes 17th at state
RANGELY I Rangely’s Wil-liam Scoggins finished 17th at the state cross country meet, but he was hoping for better. “It’s pretty disappointing as both William and Devin (Williams) were sick,” Matt Scoggins said.
Runners hit muddy course
