MEEKER I Aspen High School hosted the Meeker High School cross country team at the Chris Severy Invitational on Saturday with a tough course and some tough competition.

MEEKER I The Cowboys traveled to the Gypsum Creek Golf Course for the Eagle Valley Invitational this past Saturday. It was a beautiful day to run, and a strong showing for the Meeker team.

Results were not available for the Aspen cross country meet on Saturday but several runners from Meeker and Rangely competed, including Rio Blanco County’s best: seniors Caleb Lange of Meeker and Tanner Nielsen of Rangely.

MEEKER I Fruita Monument High School’s reputation for having one of the fastest courses in the state was proven correct for several Meeker High School cross country runners in the annual Anna Banana Invitational on Saturday.
Lange wins x-country meet at Moffat County
MEEKER I Cowboy senior Caleb Lange won the annual Moffat County High School Invitational cross country meet on Saturday in Craig, and Meeker freshman Julia Eskelson placed 10th. The Cowboys will run in Fruita in the Anna Banana Invitational on Saturday.
