Women’s basketball opens season with Shootout
RANGELY I The lady Panther basketball team will open the season with a first round bye in the 2012 White River Electric Cowboy Shootout in Meeker and will play the winner of Soroco and Hayden in the semifinal round Friday at 5:30 p.m.

RBC I Rio Blanco County seniors Kaysyn Chintala and Quincey Thacker have been chosen to participate in the Colorado Coaches of Girls’ Sports (CCGS) All-State Volleyball games, which will take place on Sunday, Nov. 18, at Arvada West High School in Arvada, Colo.
