Rangely Little League…

Rangely Little League coach Jerry LeBleu pats one of his players on the head after he hit a triple and was batted in by a teammate. Rangely’s team of eight-, nine- and 10-year-old players was in Meeker recently to play ball in Meeker’s Paintbrush Park.

Middle school wrestlers to state

RBC I Ten Rio Blanco middle school wrestlers, including eight from Rangely, wrestled in the Western Slope Regional Tournament over the weekend in Grand Junction. Nine of those 10 wrestlers qualified for the state tournament in Denver this weekend.

Rangely’s Coombs wins mat title

RANGELY I The Rangely wrestling program hosted the Northwestern Colorado Championships on Saturday, and middle school coach Jeff LeBleu, who came out of retirement, was thankful for everyone’s help and support in pulling off a successful tournament.
