RANGELY I The Rangely High School girls’ volleyball team showed great improvement this past week, beating Plateau Valley in three games, a match that took them five games to win earlier in the year. The team also played an extremely exciting game three with Cedaredge on Saturday.

RANGELY I The Rangely High School girls’ volleyball team began its season with a tournament in Aspen on Friday and Saturday, getting the season started with wins.

Several Rangely High School volleyball players, including Simone Heinle, McKale Pennell, Aimee Hogan and Desiree Coombs (in front row), and Katye Allred and Lindsey Thacker (standing), along with Antoinette Dorris, Chelsea Ficken and Sidney Shaffer, who are not pictured, were recently recognized by the Western Slope League and their coaches.

RANGELY I The Rangely High School volleyball team came out ready to play Friday night in their last home match, which was also senior and parent night against Meeker.

RANGELY I The Rangely volleyball team will host Meeker on Friday night in a league rematch and then travel to Paonia to take on the current league leaders.
