RANGELY I Competing in the Screamin’ Eagle wrestling tournament in Paonia last Saturday, the Rangely High School wrestlers got a preview of the regional tournament.

There are only four senior students/athletes on the Rangely High School wrestling team this season, so the team leadership roles will fall on seniors Chance Sheppard, Jessy Powell, Kiki Ruiz and Caleb Lawson, who will lead the Panthers as they hit the mat this season.
Rangely wrestling team wins two matches at CMU tourney
RANGELY I The Rangely High School Panther wrestling team opened the season with a new head coach in the Maverick Duals at Colorado Mesa University on Saturday in Grand Junction, and the team won two of five duals it wrestled.
Middle school wrestlers end season; Meeker and Rangely each place four
RBC I On the first Saturday of their spring break, many Rio Blanco County middle school wrestlers competed in the final tournament of the regular season in Meeker and many placed. Rangely entered nine grapplers and placed four. Meeker entered 14 wrestlers and placed four as well.
