Death Notice: Richard Raymond Garcia

Richard Raymond Garcia, 54, of Dinosaur, died at his home on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020. He leaves behind his wife, Sandra G. Garcia. A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept. 25 at the Bible Baptist Church in Rangely, Colorado, at 11 a.m.
