Now that Range Call festivities have subsided for the year, we can settle in to enjoy a little rest and relaxation for the remaining days of summer. Take advantage of the warm days, cool evenings and coming (we hope) monsoon moisture while it’s here!

Midnight tonight is the deadline to get the discount price for Colorado State Fair tickets.

A ccording to ColoradoGasPrices.com, the average retail price of a gallon of gas in Colorado is $3.66. The national average is $3.71 per gallon.

It might be safe to put away the snow shovels now. Maybe. But we might need to trade them for oars. Beware of high water in the coming weeks.

June is here and school’s out. Parents, you’ve probably got at least a week or two before you hear the plaintive wails of “I’m bored!” Enjoy it while it lasts.
