Aug. 10-16, 2020 Meeker Dispatch Center administered 647 phone calls last week including 62 911 calls, answered 77 calls for Meeker Police Department (MPD) and placed 196 outgoing calls. Cemetery soak…

Custom truck …
The addition of a new rig to the Meeker Volunteer Fire and Rescue fleet increases the department’s readiness for wildfires in hard-to-reach locations. According to Fire Chief Luke Pelloni, the truck will offer additional protection for rural areas in the district.
2019 Parade of Lights …
