RBC I Rangely and Meeker 4-H Achievement Nights Rangely and Meeker 4-H Clubs announced awards in recent ceremonies. Rangely Awards Night was held Sunday, Nov. 7 while Meeker Awards Night was held Sunday, Nov. 14.
Declining numbers of sheep trailing through county
RBC I Meeker’s sheep men have trailed through town on their way to the Utah desert for the winter, with fewer numbers than in the past. The industry has declined over the years.

Meeker cantata to be presented Dec. 12
MEEKER I The community Christmas cantata, “The Mystery and the Majesty,” will be Dec. 12 at 3 p.m. in the Meeker High School auditorium. Cookies and punch will be served afterward.
