RANGELY I The Rangely boys’ basketball program and Rangely High School head basketball coach Kyle Boydstun invites all Rangely fourth- through sixth-grade athletes to attend the 2016 Basketball Youth Camp, to be held June 13-15.
The clinic is for incoming fourth through sixth graders and will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for all three days.
Cost is $40 per camper or $60 for two from the same family. There is also $10 off the fee if the student attends coach Hayes’ camp at CNCC.
There is a limit of the first 20 campers, and for more information, please call Coach Boydstun at 719-940-2726.
Highlights of the camp include: six hours of instruction; teaching is geared toward fun and learning; there is a focus on fundamental skills; campers will work on skills and then apply those skills in a game-like setting; varsity high school players will assist in instruction giving; and the camp will build camaraderie, interest and support for the RHS basketball program from grade school to high school.
