Meeker Mayor Mandi Etheridge cut the ribbon at the official opening of the Smithsonian exhibit “Between Fences” at the White River Museum last Saturday. The exhibit will be on display until the end of February.

Charges filed against Shelly Flannery

MEEKER — Charges were filed last week in Rio Blanco County against Shelly Flannery, the former treasurer for the Rio Blanco County Historical Society. “There were two counts filed,” said Anthony Mazzola, 9th Judicial District investigator.

RBC — Rio Blanco County Historical Society members elected officers Sunday, including a new treasurer, a position that has been temporarily filled since the dismissal of Shelly Flannery.

Charges have not yet been filed in Rio Blanco Co. MEEKER — No charges have been filed against Shelly Flannery in Rio Blanco County, as of yet anyway. However, in a separate case, charges against her were filed Oct. 15 in Steamboat Springs.
