MEEKER I The third annual Wagon Wheel OHV Rendezvous will be held in Meeker July 17-20. The rendezvous would be a great time to bring your friends and family and enjoy 250-plus miles of Wagon Wheel Trails, live music, food, giveaways and the best ATV/UTV riding Colorado has to offer.
RBC I Dozens of people attended the public meetings in Rangely and Meeker last week to discuss a master trails plan for Rio Blanco County. The plan, once carried out, would give residents and visitors access to approximately 1,000 miles of trails for motorized and non-motorized use county-wide.
MEEKER I Meeker plays host this week, starting today, to the Colorado OHV (Off Highway Vehicle) Coalition (COHVCO) 2nd annual White River OHV Rendezvous.
MEEKER I Thanks to community-wide efforts by the Meeker Chamber of Commerce, Rio Blanco County, the Town of Meeker, the Bureau of Land Management, the U.S. Forest Service and the Wagon Wheel OHV Club, a grant for $265,300 has been awarded to Rio Blanco County by the Colorado State Parks Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Program.
