Board adopts snow policy

MEEKER I After receiving several complaints and phone calls from local citizens, it was determined that the Town of Meeker did not have an official snow removal policy. But they do now, after adopting one at their Jan. 8 meeting.

Thacker appears in court

MEEKER I Jock Waylon Thacker, 21, who was charged with robbery and theft of Mountain Valley Bank in Meeker last spring, appeared in court Jan. 4 only to have his case continued until June 2013.
