Gilbert pleads guilty

RBC | Rangely resident Roy Gilbert, 42, entered a guilty plea for three counts of Class 4 felony sexual assault on a child under the age of 15 in a May 17 court hearing. The remainder of the charges filed against him were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.[Read More…]

Due to the state track weather delay, three senior athletes–Timothy Scoggins, Mary Scoggins and Hayley Burr–missed the ceremony and were celebrated Tuesday evening.
