DI teams qualify four teams for state

MEEKER I Meeker was well represented at the Western Slope Regional Destination Imagination Tournament Saturday in Palisade, Colo. Seven teams ranging from first through seventh grades participated in the different challenges.

BMS wrestlers crown 7 champs

MEEKER I The Barone Middle School wrestling team continued their successful season last week, winning dual meets against Hayden and the Panthers in Rangely Thursday last and finishing second as a team in Oak Creek last Saturday.

RBC I Host families are needed for 65 inbound Japanese boys and girls, ages 12-21, coming to Colorado through the 2012 inbound Colorado-Japan Teen Exchange. Hosting dates are July 23-Aug. 18 or July 25-Aug. 18.
