Cowboys end disappointing season at state

MEEKER — In response to a request from a Meeker business owner, the town will consider revising the current sign ordinance on March 17 in a public hearing forum.

Arrangements pending for Theos

Longtime Meeker sheep rancher Tom Theos, 89, died Feb. 24, 2009, at Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker. Funeral arrangements are pending, and friends are asked to call Cochran Memorial Chapel at 878-5722 for service details. A complete obituary will appear in the next edition of the Herald Times.
