RANGELY I The middle school girls from Meeker and Rangely concluded their basketball seasons Saturday with the final tournament in Steamboat Springs.

The Barone Middle School girls’ basketball teams hosted Steamboat Springs last weekend at the Meeker Elementary School in the final games of their regular season. Rangely will host the seventh- and eighth-grade girls’ basketball tournament Saturday with league teams coming from Meeker, Craig and Steamboat Springs.

Rio Blanco County is well represented in the middle school girls’ basketball league as Rangely’s eighth-grade A-team and Meeker’s Barone Middle School seventh-grade A-team are also undefeated so far this season.
