Regina Irvin Aug. 20, 1927 ~ Feb. 7, 2011 Regina Irvin of Brooklyn, N.Y., mother of Donna Wille of Meeker, passed away Feb. 7, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Edward F. Irvin, she was born and lived her entire life in Brooklyn.
