MEEKER I Pvt. Nick Cojocaru was graduated from BCT (Basic Combat Training) in Fort Leonardwood, Mo., and will remain there for his AIT (Advanced Individual Training). His wife, Tara, children Isaac and Brooke, and niece Cherokee Burnell, were able to attend his graduation.

Sliders win Northwest Region championship
MEEKER I The Meeker Sliders 8-10-year-old softball team brought home the championship. This group of 10 girls traveled to Aspen last Saturday to compete in a tournament for the Northwest Region.
