Lady Cowboys pin 52-36 loss on Olathe Pirates
MEEKER — Coming back from a disappointing performance in the WREA Cowboy Shootout from the week before, the Meeker High School girls’ basketball team traveled to Olathe last Saturday and defeated the Pirates 52-36.
Doll takes second place at Delta wrestling invite
MEEKER — Cowboy senior Jared Doll finished second last Saturday in the Delta Invitational wrestling tournament. Five other Meeker wrestlers won matches and placed in the top six.

Olympic gold medal wrestler to speak here
MEEKER — Many Colorado wrestling fans were treated to the opportunity of watching Henry Cejudo win two state titles a few years ago in the Pepsi Center. Since then, the 21-year-old has won an Olympic gold medal and will speak in Meeker Nov. 28.
