Archery league lists final standings for ’08

MEEKER — Rocky Mountain Bowstrings of Meeker issued its final standings of its 300 Vegas Round League. The three division league, Adult, Cub and Youth, has 18 members, the largest archery league in Bowstrings history. All scores are handicapped.

Overton returns as owner of Meeker Auto Parts

MEEKER | Steve Overton is back in town as owner of Meeker Auto Parts, formerly owned by Bob Coquoz. Steve, who for the past five years has been doing commercial construction in Gilbert, Ariz., used to own the NAPA auto parts store with his brother Doug, from 1982 to 1998.
