The Meeker Town Board is seeking input on the future of the current elementary site. With construction of the new Elementary School well under way, the focus is now shifting to “What will happen to the old building and grounds?”

Driver shoots himself following highway stop
MEEKER I Wanted for domestic violence and assault from an incident a few days earlier, the driver of a vehicle shot and killed himself Sept. 9, after being stopped by a Colorado State Highway Patrol trooper.
