Meeting to address fraud

RBC I At the request of employers, the Colorado Workforce Center and Colorado Mountain College’s Customized Business Services are hosting a free workshop on “How to detect fraudulent documents,” which will be presented by Steve Turza with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Class in Dinosaur

DINORSAUR I Towing a horse trailer converted into a high-tech mobile library and communications station, 21 Whitman College students and their professor will roll through Dinosaur this week.

Stout remembered

Darryl Stout, shown here with his wife, Susan, at Niagara Falls, was the voice of Meeker Cowboy home football games for 15 seasons. Stout, who died in April, will be honored at Friday’s home game as a new sound system at Starbuck Stadium will be dedicated in his memory.
